Obituary of Wanda Faye Daugherty

Wanda Faye Daugherty 76; Jeffersonville Funeral services for Wanda Faye Daugherty, 76, of Jeffersonville, IN, will be held at 2 PM, Sunday, March 30, 2014, at Legacy Funeral Center in Jeffersonville, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2-8 PM and on Sunday from 1-2 PM, at the funeral home. She passed away on Monday, March 25, 2014, at her home. She was born on November 12, 1937 in Owensboro, KY, to the late Archie and Loney Bartlett. She was a wonderful and loving mother who devoted her life to raising her children. She enjoyed spending time working in her garden and reading. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Wood; and a great grandson, Alex Smith. She is survived by her five children, Timothy C. Daugherty and his wife Debbie; Barry L. Daugherty and his wife Brenda; Joel D. Daugherty and his wife Laura; Richard P. Daugherty (Greg); Amanda Stricker and her husband Mike; a sister, Betty Delgado; twelve grandchildren, Jordan, Emily, Brianna, Cynthia, Amy, Kristina, Nicholas, Taylor, Ashely, Megan, Trisha, Christy; and seventeen great grandchildren.
