A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 25, 2017 at New Albany National Cemetery at 10 AM. Jessie passed away on August 20, 2017.
Jessie faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his mother, Ella Spencer; his brother, Ronnie Spencer; and his sister, Chryal Fowler; nephews, Frankie Spencer; Steven Spencer, and niece, Christina Norman.
He was preceded in death by his father, J.C. Spencer and his brother, Charles Francis Spencer.
