Obituary of Rick Lane Payton

A funeral service for Rick Lane Payton, 55, of Jeffersonville, IN. will be Monday December 18 at 7 PM at Legacy Funeral Center.  Visitation will be from 5 PM until service time at the funeral center.  He passed away December 13 at his residence. 

He was born February 26, 1962 in Louisville, KY to Gene and Joann Payton.  He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Kelly Payton.

Rick is survived by his wife, Myrthel Payton; sons, Joshua Dennis and Jeremy Peak; sisters, Denise Payton and Leah Payton; a brother Scott Payton; and grandson Nathan Ray Dennis.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
