Charles Fowler, 50, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on April 11, 2018. A memorial visitation will be held at a later date.
He is preceded in death by his mom, Betty Fowler; and grandparents, Carry and Joanna Fowler, Ruth Bullett, and Nina Bliss.
He is survived by his dad, Roy Fowler; aunt, Tammy (Ruben) O’Neal; and cousins, Eric Fowler, Michael Fowler, Tracey Norton, and Kerry Kopp.
