Obituary of Jesse Lee Jordan
A funeral service for Jesse Lee Jordan, 34, of Jeffersonville, IN, will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in New Albany. A visitation will take place on Wednesday from 11 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Jesse passed away on September 5, 2018.
Jesse had a love for many things, playing the guitar and cheering for his favorite sports teams, Tampa Bay and Auburn, rank at the top of those things. When he wasn’t doing either of these, he could usually be found goofing around and having a good time with friend and family, both of which were very important to him. Jesse was always a dependable person, willing to help anyone he could.
He is preceded in death by his father, David Jordan, Sr.; brother, Bryon Jordan; and grandparents.
He is survived by his mother, Sandy Gerrell; brothers, James (Nina) Jordan and David (Felicia) Jordan, Jr.; sister, Angela Frazier; aunts and uncles, Carolyn and Mark Snider, Kathy and Russell Griener, Karen Crow, and Anita and Freddie Walker; cousins, Chris Snider, Amber Snider, Mark Snider, Jr., KalinLoff, Katrina Loff, Jake Griener, Starla Griener, Kyle Crow, Jonathan Crow, Kiara Walker, Freddie Walker, April Hammond, Ted Hammond, Ricky Jordan, and Jeanelle Jordan; nieces, Jasmine Jordan, Kaylee Frazier, Bricelyn Hackney, KaidenHackney and Brooklyn Hackney; numerous other nieces and nephews; close friend, Danny Baker; along with all of his friends that will miss him dearly.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward the funeral expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral center.
