Obituary of Jennifer Normandy Frakes Ballis

Funeral services for Jennifer Normandy Frakes Ballis, 41, of Sanders, KY, will be held at 4 PM, on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville, with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be held prior to the service on Friday from 1-4 PM at the funeral home.  She passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 at her home. 

Jennifer was born on November 16, 1976 in Corydon, IN, to Beverly Frakes Lynch and Dennis Frakes.  She graduated in 1995 from Clarksville High School and had a love for shopping and singing karaoke. 

She was preceded in death by her dad, Terry Dempsey.

She is survived by her five children, Jourdain Shepherd, Gabrielle Shepherd, Rebecca Beach (Zachary), Christina Ballis, and Christopher Ballis; mother, Beverly Frakes Lynch; father, Dennis Frakes; brother, Jacob Frakes; her companion, Joseph Ballis; a nephew, Isaac Frakes; a niece, Lily Frakes; and she was expecting her first grandchild.
