Joyce Mae Kirby Robbins was born on April 30, 1932 in Brodhead, Kentucky.  She passed away in Jeffersonville, IN in the early morning of December 6, 2018, at the age of 86. 

She was preceded in death by her brother, John William Kirby; parents, Flonnie and John Ingram Kirby; and her daughter, Lisa Robbins.

She is survived by her husband Cecil Robbins; her two daughters, Vicki Fuchs and husband Pat, and Judy Garcia and husband Jorge; 5 grandchildren, Erica Ramirez and her husband Joe, Nicholas Fuchs, Zachary, Ethan, and Trey Garcia; and two great-grandsons, Ricky and Bradley Ramirez. She is also survived by five siblings, her two brothers, John and James Kirby, and three sisters, Magdalene Shockley, Glenda Brown, and Betty Williams. 

Visitation will be at Legacy Funeral Center in Jeffersonville, IN on Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 5 to 8 pm for family and friends. There will also be visitation on Monday morning 9:30 to 10:30 am and the funeral service at 10:30 am. Interment will be at Poplar Grove Cemetery in Brodhead, Kentucky on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 1:00 PM.

Contributions may be made to Poplar Grove Baptist Church, 287 Richlands Rd, Brodhead, KY 40409, in memory of Joyce Robbins.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
