Obituary of Norma Carr

Funeral services for Norma Carr, 80, of Clarksville, IN will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville, with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10 AM to 1 PM at the funeral home. She passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.

Norma retired from General Electric Appliance Park in Louisville, KY.  She loved her husband, kids and grandkids and enjoyed reading her bible and attending church. 

Norma was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 plus years, James “Jim” Butler Carr; son, Rick Smith; and daughter, Sharon L. Raisor.

Norma is survived by her son-in-law, Charles Vincent Raisor; five grandchildren, Kim Raisor (Terrance Spencer), Karen Howard (Jerome), Jimmy Waggoner (Tina), Branden Waggoner (Megan) and Brittany Gieringer (Grant); seven great-grandchildren, Dylan, Jocelyn, Kobe, Brandon, Luke, Elizabeth and Hayden; and great-great-grandchildren, Bella, Emma, and Dakota.
