A memorial service for David A. Fultz, 61, of Jeffersonville, IN will be at 5 PM on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main St. in Jeffersonville. Visitation will be on Sunday from 3 PM – 5 PM at the funeral home. David passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019 at U of L Hospital.

David was born on August 23, 1957 to Norman and Lemiera Fultz. He was a very generous person, and will be remembered for his outgoing personality. He also loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He remembered to send them all birthday cards every year.

David is preceded in death by his father, Norman Fultz; and brother, Terry Fultz.

He is survived by his mother, Lemiera Fultz; sisters, Gay Lathery (Bob) and Cindy Lanham (Dave); brother, Norman Fultz; nieces and nephews, Tracy, Chris, Jenny, Josh, Jason, Matt, Nick, Drew, and Tricia; and his loving extended family and friends.
