A funeral service for John B. Wilkerson, 75, of Clarksville, IN will be at 6 PM on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main St. Jeffersonville, IN. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 12 PM – 6 PM at the funeral home. John passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019 surrounded by his family.

John was born on April 24, 1943 in Lebanon, Kentucky. He loved working on racecars and fishing. He also enjoyed spending time on the lawn mower and working outside.

John is preceded in death by his parents, George and Ruth Wilkerson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Juanita Wilkerson; children, John David Wilkerson (Tonya), William Anthony Wilkerson (Janet), Teresa Wallace (Tyrone), Kevin Wilkerson (Melissa), and Ruth Mullins (Quenton); grandchildren, James Becht, Amy Wilkerson, Jennifer Wilkerson, John David Wilkerson, Jr., Ronald Wilkerson, Ashley Wilkerson, William Wilkerson, Josh Northern, Raymond Wallace, Jr., Savannah Wallace, Justin Cunningham, Erica Wilkerson Price, Breana Fitzgerald, Nick Wilkerson, Michael Williams III, and Jamier Norfleet; siblings, Juanita Miller, Jane Law (Noel), and George Ronald “Ronnie” Wilkerson; and a host of great-grandchildren.
