Joseph Lee Snelling, Sr.

Joe lost his brave and courageous battle with cancer on February 23, 2019 surrounded by the loyal ones who loved him at Clark Memorial Hospital.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Curtis Snelling; his parents, Hubert L. Snelling and Linda L. Weaver Snelling; and his brother, Perry L. Snelling.

He leaves behind two precious grandchildren that he and Nancy have raised since birth, Jeromi A. Snelling (13) and Selena E. Snelling (9), along with several other grandchildren; son, Joseph L. Snelling, Jr. and one daughter; children; a sister, Laura L. Snelling Prostler (Gene); and a brother, Russell L. Waisner, all of Jeffersonville, IN; and several neices and nephews and friends, not to forget his beloved dog whom he loved dearly, "Buddy."
