Obituary of Patricia J. Sagebiel

The funeral service will now be held at 11 AM at Park Memorial United Methodist Church, 1820 E. Park Place in Jeffersonville.  Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-8 PM at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville and on Saturday prior to the service from 9-10:30 AM at the funeral home.  The Sagebiel family and the staff of Legacy Funeral Center will leave the funeral home at 10:30 AM to arrive at the church for the funeral service at 11 AM.

Patricia was born on November 16, 1935 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Frank and Grace Weber.  She graduated in the Class of 1954 from Jeffersonville High School where she met the love of her life and future husband, Bruce Sagebiel.  Patricia was a longtime member of Park Memorial United Methodist Church in Jeffersonville and a devote Christian lady.  She was an excellent cook, wife, mother, and neighbor.   

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Sagebiel; three sisters, Jean Christie, Delores Kruetzer, and Sharon Johnson.   

She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Bruce Sagebiel; four sons, Kirk Sagebiel (Mary Beth); Tony Sagebiel; Joe Sagebiel (Karen); Ed Sagebiel (Courtney Roberts); a brother, Don Weber; six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.    

Memorial contributions can be made to Park Memorial United Methodist Church.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
