Obituary of Sherry Edwards Richardson

Sherry Edwards Richardson, 62, of New Albany, passed away May 23, 2019 at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born on February 19, 1957 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to Charles and Wanda Edwards. She enjoyed Crocheting, Drawing, painting, fishing and cooking.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Steven Edwards.

She is survived by her loving husband, Walter Richardson; children, Joseph Weatherford, Andrea Hernandez, Elizabeth Richardson and Charles Richardson; grandchildren, Austin Weatherford, Isabell Hernandez, Maddox Hernandez, Ivy Richardson, Christopher Richardson and Kian Weatherford; two sisters, Sue Singer and Sandra Bricker; and a host of extended family and friends.

A service to celebrate her life will be conducted Thursday May 30, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the funeral home.
