Obituary of Carol Sue O'Neal

Funeral services for Carol Sue O’Neal, 70, of Jeffersonville, Indiana will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville.  Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-3 PM at the funeral home.  She passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Baptist Floyd Health. 

Carol was born on November 15, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was retired from the U.S. Census Bureau where she worked for many years.  Carol had a special love for animals, and especially horses.  She would enjoy spending time playing games on her phone and computer. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Helen Ragsdale; and a granddaughter, Destiny. 

Carol is survived by two sons, Adrian O’Neal; Dow O’Neal III; a brother, Gary Ragsdale; four grandchildren, Kennedy, Dow IV, Landon, Nora; and one great grandson, Bentley.
