A funeral service for Michael D. Osborne, 64, of Jeffersonville, IN will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1840 E 8th St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, with burial to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation will on Monday, July 8, from 2 PM – 8 PM and on Tuesday from 10 AM – 11 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mike passed away on July 3, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Mike was born on August 14, 1954 to William and Loretta Osborne. Following his graduation from Jeff High in 1972, he began work at the Naval Ordinance as a machinist. He worked there for over 19 years. Mike was an avid IU fan and was also a talented drummer. He enjoyed fishing and was an active member of the Knights of Columbus. Most importantly, Mike loved spending time with his grandkids, Connor and Kylee. He enjoyed watching them play baseball and swimming with them in his pool.

He is preceded in death by his father, William David Osborne.

He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Osborne; children, Michael Osborne II (Samantha Straight) and Aimee Buck (Derek); grandchildren, Connor and Kylee Buck; mother, Loretta Osborne; sisters, Dinah Smith (Sam), Laura Boone (Jimmy), and Julie Holst; and a host of nieces and nephews.
