A visitation for Lydia L. Holcomb, 69, of Louisville, KY will be on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 1 PM – 5 PM with a memorial service to follow at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main St. Jeffersonville, IN. Lydia joined her mother and father, whom she missed dearly, in Heaven on July 8, 2019.

Lydia was born on October 21, 1949 to the late Homer and Dorothy Breeding. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and adored time spent with family.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings; Marilyn Sanders, Carol Wright, Ray Breeding, and Curtis Breeding.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, John Holcomb; children, Aaron Nichols, Gordon Nichols (Teri), and Karyn Nichols-Howlett (John); grandchildren, Jeffrey Nichols, Marcus Nichols, and Shelby Howlett; great-granddaughter, Evalynn Nichols; siblings, Earl Breeding, Tony Breeding, Paul Breeding, David Breeding, James Breeding, Linda Kininmonth, Sharon Breeding, Connie Martinez, and Faye Monroe; and special niece, Tammy Bolin.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Brittany and Elisabeth at Premiere Hospice and to the team at Green Valley Nursing Home for their compassionate care in a time of need.
