A funeral service for Elite M. Elliott, 35, of Jeffersonville, IN will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at St. Stephen Church Indiana Campus, 2701 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM at the church. Elite passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019 and Legacy Funeral Center has been entrusted with his care.

Elite Elliott went to be with his heavenly Father,  on Monday July 8th 2019.   Elite was born October 10,1983 to Oscar Elliott and Maureen Florence . The last of all the children, one preceded him and his step-mom Barbara Jean Elliott in death who raised him from a toddler. Grandparents Connie D. Elliott &Eunice,  Harold & Jewell  Cravens.

Elite attended his Grandparents Church, Old land Mark Church of God.   Where he was available to anything on the Church ground or what was needed for the church.   He worked with his brother Timothy Caruthers.

Elite had a gift from God.  His talent was writing music and often gave great advice to his nephew. Elite has some twist and turn in his life and wanted his nephews to understand that staying on the right path gets more rewards.  So he shared his talent of writing music with one of his nephews, Myles Ervin, who took an interested in writing also. Elite loved family and he was a great Uncle, also to his nieces if they needed some manly advice he was there for them also whether they wanted to hear it or not he was truly a family-oriented person.  Elite life was short but family gathering and playing cards and music was his passion.

He leaves to cherish his memories: son, Cayden Thomas; loving father, Oscar Elliott;  mother, Maureen Florence (Charlie); sisters, Roxann {Dennis) Hickerson, Sharon Young (Wayne), Terry Elliott Weakly (Steven), Michell Pope, DeAndra Elliott; brothers, Keith Elliott {Washington DC ),Glenn Elliott, Jeffery Elliott (Carol) ,Oscar Elliott Jr. {Terry), Gerald Elliott (Leann), Timothy Caruthers (Nicole), and Glenn Rhodes;  special friend, Gabby McGee; step-brother, Damon Coots.; as well as a host of family and friends.
