Scott David Edelman, 56, of Clarksville, IN passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

A Memorial Service will be at 2 PM on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Colgate Baptist Church, 125 E Montgomery Ave, Clarksville, IN 47129. Scott Funeral Home has been entrusted with his cremation.

Scott was born on August 28, 1962 in Newark, New Jersey. Scott often referred to himself as “just a Sinner saved by Grace,” and he lived by that through his music ministry at Colgate Baptist Church. His heart of worship has carried his family, taught them, and his legacy will continue on with them through life. Scott shaped his children into the young women and men that they are today, and his hope in Jesus is what gives them strength.

Scott is preceded in death by his mother, Caroline Montag; and grandmother, Flo Montag.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 35 years, Tiffany Edelman “Douglass”; children, Shanna Drumm, Marissa Thomas (Dylan), Zach Edelman (Taylor), Halie Bougher (Curt), and Noah Edelman (Katelyn); grandchildren, Savannah, Caleb, Summer, Samuel, Abilene, Emma, Olive, and one on the way; father, Norman Edelman; siblings, Jason Edelman, James Rehmer, and Lyn Edelman; and a host of family, church members, and friends.
