My sweet Todd,
You were always loving and kind to my family and me. I remember when I was going through chemotherapy and all of my hair was gone. You always made it one of your responses to tell me how "beautiful" I was bald!!! Lol...You were faithful to the House of God and to your family. We love you AND your family. May they find peace and comfort knowing that you are free from pain and the restriction of this mortal body!!! Sending love to your sweet family. Please know we will be in continual prayer for Mama Phillips and your loved ones. God bless...Love, Richard, Rachelle Loftus and Tristan

I am so sorry for your loss of someone so special. I remember when I would come to the Phillips house & play with Jeanie when I was 8 or so and Todd would always be around, he was a little guy then only about 4. And I remember his love of bows and helping out in Royal Regiments at church! We will keep the family in our prayers. God Bless you all

Todd always had a big smile on his face for as long as I've known him, which is almost my whole life. He was so kind and sweet to everyone, which was ironic because he was a big, burly man. Anyone who knew him knows he absolutely adored his children and granddaughters. Todd was a special man, a cherished member of our church and he will be greatly missed. The family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Uncle Todd as I call him was not really my uncle, but he never corrected me or made me feel less than family. He was always with a smile and had nothing but kind words, he is such a great example of a true man of God. I remember when I first moved to Indiana, I was going through a tough place in life and felt pretty alone and a stranger down here, my boys loved his bows and out of nowhere asked him for one-each! He made them the most perfect and excellent quality handmade bows and brought it to church one week after asking for them. I don't know how long he spent making them, but he made it his duty to have them ready and give a smile to my boys, I will never forget that act of kindness and how happy he made my boys, and for absolutely nothing in return. I am certain that he is with our creator enjoying the fruit of his good deeds. He will be truly missed.

Todd was a great man of God. A true warrior in the Lords army. I had the privilege of spending a lot of time around him and the results were many spiritual lessons. Todd taught me so much about the Christian walk and personal relationship with the Bridegroom. Todd truly believed that God was the head of all things and lived his life according. He was the type of person that would give everything and go without himself. Because I was around him so much I witnessed many of his sufferings. Much of Todd's time was spent in the low place but his attitude was steadfast. Because of Todd Phillips I am a better man, husband, Christian, and leader.I remember a time when Todd had spent many hours working on a bow, as he enjoyed doing. He was really proud of the bow and talked about keeping it. Two days hadnt passed since he finished it, and one brother in church had come along and expressed desire for a bow. No sooner than the guy finished talking , Todd had offered to give him his newly made prize bow. This was the type of person Todd was, a caring ,loving, and giving human .I can only speak for myself, but I know Todd will truly be missed. Thank you Todd for all you did for Gods kingdom.
