Obituary of Todd Patrick Phillips

Funeral services for Todd Patrick Phillips, 59, of Sellersburg, Indiana, will be held at 11 AM, on Monday, July 1, 2019, at Christ Gospel Church, 2614 E. 10th Street in Jeffersonville, with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4-8 PM at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville, and on Monday prior to the service from 9:30-11 AM at the church.  He passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2019 in Louisville, Kentucky.   

Todd was born on May 9, 1960 in LaPorte, Indiana.  He was a retired construction worker.  Todd enjoyed making his own bows and arrows and spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.  He was an avid reader and a faithful member of Christ Gospel Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Duane “Abraham” Phillips.

Todd is survived by his loving children, Benjamin Shrode, Hannah Phillips; his mother, Patricia Phillips; eight siblings, Duane “Bud” Phillips Jr., Jeannie Matte, Richard Phillips, Michael Phillips, Terry Phillips, Angela Valois, Rebecca Valois, Sarah Recalde; two granddaughters, Avia and Kaira Shrode; loving friend, Kana Ward; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
